Ok, here you go…. This is probably top 3 most embarrassing things I’ve ever done…. BUT, I think it’s something that I need to share. ———————– This is the same guy who weighed 100 pounds less at his wedding. This is the guy who had aspirations of playing soccer professionally. This is the guy who cried the day the scale read in the 200’s, YET… he did nothing to stop it from going up to 260! This is the guy who let PTSD take control of his life to the point of needing to be hospitalized not once, but 3 times in the past 6 years!!! ————————- The good news is, this is also the guy that said “enough is enough!” This is the guy who said his family needed him to be healthy and present in their lives. This is the guy who went from the photo on the left to the one on the right in LESS THAN A MONTH! ————————- Am I satisfied? Am I finished? NO WAY! There is so much more work to do… But now I’ve got the drive, determination, support of my beautiful wife and encouragement from an awesome coach! ——————- Now I’m ready to continue working on me, AND start helping others see that if I can turn my life around, so can they! It’s just takes a small shift in your day. I NEVER thought I’d have time to workout. But we made it a priority. Our health is worth that small shift. It takes 30 minutes a day and eating smarter. That’s it. ———————— Join me for a 3 week fitness group. Just 30 minutes a day to work on feeling better, thinking clearer, building a stronger immune system, standing straighter, becoming more confident. ….
